Subject: [Boost-testing] Log tests trigger Windows 7 UAC

Three log tests are triggering the Windows 7 UAC (User Account Control)
mechanism on my machine. That is, they pop up the window that says "Do
you want to allow the following program from an unknown publisher to
make changes to this computer?"
setup_settings_parser.exe
setup_formatter_parser.exe
setup_filter_parser.exe
I'm pretty sure "setup" in the .exe's name is what's tripping it.
Is there a way to disable this selectively (e.g., everything under my
bin.v2 directory)? Or should it be a ticket for boost.log? (Didn't find
one on it.)
