It hasn't been merged to release. And I'll hold off merging to release until the problem is solved or we decide to come at it from a different direction.

So in the VS2013 thread, you mentioned you were waiting for tests to cycle before merging. The only VS2013 tester (teeks99-10) is stopped by this issue, so you might be waiting a while ;-)
