I agree with Steven.  It seems you've got a declaration in the header for function lookup_element, and there's a second declaration in the cpp with the same signature.

OK.. Note I did not write any of this code ;-) ..I've removed the line and it's working now.

I've pushed my changes to that and to the new build_results_all.sh script now that it's all working. I'm going to go ahead and set up result generation on my ISP account for *:30 time.
