I'm having tons of problems connecting from my current report runner to beta.boost.org....I think it has something to do with azure getting some non-north america IP addresses for its north america data center, the routing is very flaky, only about 1 in 5 of my results is getting uploaded correctly.

Anyway, I'm going to try to start running them from a different machine (still in the 5min after the hour slot...although with the amount of time it takes to process, and an assumed amount of machine variability, i'm not sure that is still relevant).
