Version 1.31.0
And i updating it from CVS every day.

C:\Tools\bjam.exe
Boost.Jam  Version 3.1.9. OS=NT.

C:\Lang\gnu\MinGW
I install MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe
And I extract current archives gcc-*-3.3.1-20030804-1.tar.gz

C:\Lang\ActiveState\Python\python.exe
2.3.3 (#51, Dec 18 2003, 20:22:39) [MSC v.1200 32 bit (Intel)] from
www.python.org
