We're only planning on distributing the installer from
http://www.boost-consulting.com.

Unfortunately, we found today that SF has mysteriously dropped some of
our vc-8.0 binaries on the floor, so we're working out contingency
measures.  The installer probably won't work until we get a workaround
in place.
