Sorry, was a bug in my edge_index map adapter ... It's fixed now ...

So I'd have a new version of leda_graph.hpp for the repo.

Changes:

  * fixed edge iterator
  * added/fixed edge_index map

Doug, what about the maintainership? Long time, no hear ...
