[Boost-users] Documentation/Reference to 'miscellaneous' operations

Back in 2000 was a long listserve thread relating to the creation of
functions in boost/detail/atomic_count.hpp.  But I don't see any reference,
directly or indirectly through the v1.35 list at
http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/libs/libraries.htm.

In a similar vein, there appears to be a bunch of miscellaneous bits and
pieces in boost and boost/detail.  Are they documented, or meant to be
documented or referenced somehow?

Or are these routines not meant to be used by mere library users?  ;-)
