Hi:
I built with the --build-type =complete option and the file is in the
linkderssearch path, both in aditional paths in th project option and
visual c++ defaul directories in the tool/options dialogue.

You need to ensure that:

* this file actually exists (did you build Boost with the
--build-type=complete option?)
* that the directory containing it is in the linkers library search
path.
