Ah, that's an old version. Version 0.5 must be downloaded from  
<http://www.highscore.de/boost/process0.5/>. With version 0.5 there should  
be no problem with Boost.Filesystem (at least not if you use Boost 1.51.0  
which I strongly recommend).
