I would like to see this into Boost, so I hope Tobias will update the 
library, given all this feedback, and I would suggest another review in 
2-3 months. I'd like to be the review manager then as well, if Tobias 
will still want me.
    

I've no objections to the review manager part but I'm afraid that I'll 
have to put this one on hold, as I don't have enough time nor energy for 
a redesign in the immediate future. Right now, I can't promise anything, 
so I'm fine with "just reject" for now :-).
