<br>I don&#39;t see the BOOST_ALL_DYN_LINK #define mentioned anywhere (e.g. to use shared libraries rather than static libraries, define this symbol in your makefile / IDE) other than the source files themselves, and am wondering what other usage parameters I need to know about.<br>
