Hello,<br><br>I&#39;m trying to statically link to Boost.Python from the Boost-consulting binary distribution.<br>No matter what I try I&#39;m either getting the furiously annoying error message &quot;mixing dll with a static runtime is a bad idea&quot;, or in the other situations I&#39;m being told that boost_python-vc80-mt-1_35.lib can&#39;t be found, which is not what I want to link with in the first place hence I didn&#39;t install DLL versions of boost.<br>
All I want to do is statically link to boost.python. Is there some voodoo I could perform? If I define BOOST_PYTHON_NO_LIB and try to&nbsp;link&nbsp;with&nbsp;libboost_python_vc80-mt(-s)-1_35.lib&nbsp;I get&nbsp;unresolved externals for&nbsp;calls using __declspec(dllimport).<br>
