   Hi Jeff.

When will a logging library make it out of sandbox and into an official
release? Can we expect to get a logging library in 1-36 ?

   Hopefully 1.37... :-)

There's a review of John Torjo's logging library scheduled soon (for
the third time :-)).

Yup ;)
I want the review to be held withing 2 months or so. So, we'll see -
again ;)

Is 0.22.7 which was released on 3 February the version which is going to
be reviewed? Or is it another version you are still working on? I ask as I
started to use 0.22.7 and might be able to contribute to the review. :)

Thanks! Basically it will be quite a rewrite - the interface will change *a lot* - should be a lot simpler to use.

But it will reuse the good functionality found in 0.22.7. If you want to contribute, we'll definitely talk :)

Best,
John
Boris
