Although I believe there is one currently in development? Have a search for "boost mp_int" in the mailing list archives. I don't have any more useful links on hand.
A few years ago when I needed big integers I used NTL (http://www.shoup.net/ntl/), but I can't wait for something boosty to be accepted :)
