Herb (and STL) notes in the video that it is important to understand two things about it:
 1. it's a preview, which means it's not supposed to be used in production
 2. it's only a compiler update, which means the STL is not updated accordingly (the example being std::vector v ={ 1, 2 , 3 , 4}; not working yet)
