In fact I have boost-build.jam but not build.bat in my root.

Anyway can you outline your compiling procedure ? I have VS2010 and Boost 1.51

I don't use boost serialization, but I compile it fine in 64bit, Boost 1.52 in VS2012 (with or without update1).

To me you just don't have the right binaries.
