I've had successful builds on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit (Azure VM) for

msvc-8.0

msvc-9.0

msvc-10.0

msvc-11.0

msvc-8.0 - 64

I've also done a quick link and run of a simple executable for each of those.

I'm currently packaging them into installers and staging them for upload to sourceforge binaries if we decide this is going to be the beta version.
