Grr, I've forgot about one important thing, the current SVN is not
hosted on OSGeo server, so there is no way to setup post-commit hook.

The GGL repo at OSGeo is empty:
http://svn.osgeo.org/ggl
and browsable here too:
http://trac.osgeo.org/ggl/browser

I suppose we have to wait until the SVN repo is moved ton Boost.
