Guillaume,

This refactoring and restructurisation had been postponed due to Boost
1.49 release
and eventually hasn't been completed. I hope to complete it within
next 1-2 weeks.

There is no support for multi-geometries in io/wkb yet.
I am hoping to add it within next weeks too.
