I am still having trouble to compile the thread_rewrite branch on linux
(and windows too).

What I did:

cvs update -dPf -r thread_rewrite
bjam -s"TOOLS=gcc"

Could it be that this problem is related to the "tagged too much"?
I suppose you are able to "compile" because you are currently doing
header only? Or am I attempting to do something stupid?

Any hints appreciated.
