[boost] Container traits: call for properties

I seems that we have reached a consensus about the 
question: do we _want_ container traits ? The answer 
is yes.

Then, the obvious question is: which properties 
should be included ?

Here are the properties that I propose:
- being a sequence vs an associative container
- for the later: being sorted, being unique
- what is the complexity of insert/erase
- when are iterators invalidated
 
Any other needs ?

Do you have any algorithm which could be 
specialized according to another criteria ?
