[boost] Graph concepts

Is it the name, or the organization that is troubling you?

BTW, I'm not terribly happy with the names I've got there right
now, suggestions would be welcome.

As Dietmar mentioned it might be hard to come up with a nice
hierarchy... but maybe for just these broad categories something
more hierarchical is possible. I'll give it a shot.
