[boost] Version 1.10.3 of the boost libraries

The boost.org web site has been updated with minor fixes to compose
library examples, operators documentation, operators.hpp, cast
documentation, cast.hpp, config.hpp, and smart_ptr.hpp.  This is
version 1.10.3 - the first release with a version number. This
starting number was fairly arbitrary. The version numbering scheme is
xxx.yyy.zzz 

      xxx = Major version
      yyy = New library or feature added
      zzz = Bug fixes only

I keep the master copy of the web site on my personal machine, and
backup the boost stuff after every update.  The entire machine also
gets backed up every now and then.  The tape gets stored in an
offsite bank safe deposit box.

I mostly think Y2K problems are a fiction of underemployed
consultants, but do admit to having just refreshed all of the above
backups:-)
