I've put up the central entropy gathering function
in clock_entropy.cpp in the boost/random egroups docvault,
just so it doesn't get lost.

I do not intend to pursue this further at this time, because I
feel that satisfactory results cannot be achieved in the boost
context. (No, the clock() business does not make me feel warm
and comfortable.)
