Schedule + Tokyo

I will be in Tokyo for the C++ standards committee meeting until April
23rd; after that I will whack away at the backlog of site updates.

We will try to get the boost members together one evening, either Monday
the 17th or Tuesday the 18th.  Any boost members who happen to be in the
Tokyo area are welcome; drop me an email and I send you the details.
