Intel 4.5 compiler - directory.cpp

Has anyone had success building directory.cpp with Intel's 4.5 compiler? It
chokes at the following

\directory.cpp(278) : error: "filesystem::get<filesystem::size>::operator
size_t() const" is not an entity that can be explicitly specialized
    template <> get<size>::operator size::value_type() const
