Yes, the search engine I used turned up those two, too.  I looked at them 
before trying SourceForge, but didn't see any compelling reason to look 
deeply; I guess I was assuming SourceForge would do the job.  Stupid me.

[30 minutes later] Hum... www.openavenue.com looks interesting.  I'll 
research it further.
