(It isn't the HTML which contains viruses/worms/bombs, it's
the Java.* code. Never mind.)
And no, RTF is not fine. Do *not* send RTF.
(In my Boost settings, I have choosed to receive plain text
messages, not HTML, but still I sometimes get HTML messages.)
