[boost] Problem with type_traits.hpp

That should be fixed in the version in the CVS repository (let me if it's
not) - BTW you can ask sourceforge's web server for the latest version
*without* cvs access (see
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/boost/?cvsroot=boost).  Sorry
about this, it came to light after the latest tarball shipped.
