Graph Library: status

The graph library is coming along, most of the changes requested by
the reviewers have been made. With those changes, there is still
probably some porting work to be done.

I've finished converting the docs to html, and have started filling
them in more and making the requested changes/edits/etc. though there
is still some work left there. Some of the docs still need to be
updated with regards to these last changes in the code.

Within the next few days I'll put together a list of what is left to
be done.

I've checked the boost graph library into sourceforge CVS.  The
changes to current boost files went into a new branch,
boost-graph-library. The new files went into the main branch (I meant
them to go into boost-graph-library, oh well).
