According to Pro6 docs, I think the following changes are in order:

We still need this:
  #     define BOOST_NO_MEMBER_TEMPLATE_FRIENDS

But this is obsolete:
  #     define BOOST_NO_POINTER_TO_MEMBER_CONST

On the other hand, I haven't tried to run regression tests to check whether
that's the case.
