Yes.  Jens Maurer has already switched the Linux tests to use 4.0.

Later... OK, I've switched the Windows 2000 test to use 4.0.  The CVS has 
been updated.

Some problem with __STL_IMPORT_VENDOR_CSTD / BOOST_NO_STDC_NAMESPACE caused 
several previously working tests to fail.  A fix would be appreciated from 
any STLport experts out there.
