Maybe :-)

I don't have CW so I'm shooting blind here - but I've checked in a bunch of
changes to the cvs version.  I've also undone some of your changes as they
were "the wrong fix" (there were some missing std:: qualifiers rather than
missing headers).

Let me know if this does the trick.
