I am running py_cpp_20001031 on an Alpha using the cxx compiler.
While def(py::Constructor<int>()) works fine, def
(py::Constructor<double>())
does not. One way to reproduce the problem is to change example1.cpp:
7c7
< world(int) {}
--- > world(double) {} 34c34 < world_class.def(py::Constructor<int>()); --- > world_class.def(py::Constructor<double>()); When trying to import my module I get the error message: % python Python 1.5.2 (#1, Apr 28 2000, 11:50:55) [C] on osf1V5 Copyright 1991-1995 Stichting Mathematisch Centrum, Amsterdam >>> import hello Traceback (innermost last): File "<stdin>", line 1, in ? ImportError: Unresolved symbol in ./hello.so: from_python__2pyXP7_objectQ12py10T ype__TRCd >>> What could be the problem? Thanks! Ralf
