I've got Comeau C++ sitting on my hard disk, but have not added it to the 
regression test compiles because of the lack of STLport 4.0 for Comeau with 
the Microsoft compiler as the backend.

If any STLport experts would contribute an STLport configuration, I'd 
appreciate it.
