I've looked into this, and it looks like an STLport problem: for some
reason strcpy and strcmp appear not to be imported into namespace _STL
(which STLPort uses).

I'm also seeing problems with both the STLport version of <list> and the RW
version of <list> getting included - I've no idea how this comes about but
it really f****'s things up.

Probably you're better off trying to get help from the STLPort forums, and
see if anyone else is using STLPort with Builder 5.
