Well, although it might still be 9 November in some parts of 
world, it is not in the places that matter :-), so... 

The formal review period for Kevlin Henney's any class is now
over.  Since there were many Yes votes and no No votes, it is
my pleasure to announce that any has been accepted.  No recount
will be necessary.

Thank you Kevlin for providing a very useful addition to Boost,
and thank you to all those that found time to look at the class
and provide their feedback.
