Pool Review.

Hi,
  First let me apologize, I've been sick for the last 4 days, so I missed
opening the Pool review code on Monday.

  Anyway Pool is now open for review. Please get the code from
http://www.egroups.com/files/boost/pool and let us know what you think.

Standard criteria, usefulness, clarity of docs, code review etc. Please be
sure to say up front whether you think this library should be accepted. Note
any negative comments could be used in future lawsuits if it fails to be
accepted. :> Acceptance with changes is a valid vote.

  Thanks, I will talk to Beman and see if we can run this an extra two days
to make up for the loss, (and overlap the next library if that's ok. so we
can get back on schedule.)
