A class template for an N-dimensional generic resizable array

I uploaded a zip file, multi_array.zip, in the multi_array directory, 
with all the source code of my multidimensional array. It's like the 
one you can download from CUJ, but I changed it to meet boost's 
conventions... I hope I got them right! If not, please forgive me and 
let me know what I should do.
