As pool review manager I have as the vote count is 6 for acceptance and 1
for acceptance with a guaranteed speed increase over the STL allocators. I
hereby certify that under the rules as we started with it should be accepted
with the minor modifications (doc, member functions, fixed for other
compilers etc).

I also highly recommend that a version 2 be started which addresses the
major issues brought up. 1st) Debugging 2nd) Generative Programming
interface 3) More speed testing 4) freeing unused blocks before pool
destruction.

I would also like say that just because there are other allocators in use
which compare favorably to pool, doesn't mean boost shouldn't also have one.
As for acceptance into the C++ standard this may pose a problem if the STL
already has an acceptable one, but for now I think pool is a useful
addition.

As usual, this ruling is subject to change based on challenges by the
applicant and moderators.
