The review period for iterator adapters ends today.
(I'm slightly early for this announcement, but my plane to Egypt
leaves at 5:15 tomorrow morning, so I need to get this wrapped
up now. Feel free to post additional comments even after this
message, though.)
Considering the review comments, I herewith declare that the
Iterator Adapter Library has been accepted into boost.
Congratulations and thanks to Dave Abrahams, Jeremy Siek, and
John Potter.
Thanks also to all reviewers, including Beman Dawes, Gary Powell,
Steve Cleary, Martin Weiser, and anyone I forgot to mention.
I have one additional language comment: My German-English dictionary
only lists "adapter" (with "e", not "o"), and altavista.com says
there are 200000 occurrences of "adaptor" and 2 million of "adapter",
so "e" is outnumbering "o" 10:1. Could someone grab some slightly
more definitive dictionary information? Thanks for making a
nit-picker happy. :-)
