Jens Maurer is now a boost moderator

We are pleased to announce that Jens Maurer has become the third boost 
moderator.

The moderators handle administrative duties like testing and web site 
maintenance, and try to provide a bit of leadership when that seems called 
for.

Jens Maurer has been helping with these duties for a long time now, so it 
is time to recognize him officially.
