In the short term, the folks running the compiler status regression tests 
are trying to address that by running regression tests much more often, and 
placing the full logs at 
ftp://boost.sourceforge.net/pub/boost/regression-logs/

In the long-term, boost will have a boost-regression-test farm of some 
sort.
