Great!  I've linked to it from the more page, also updated the background 
color. (The Boost practice is to specify black on white.  That helps some 
browsers.)

Everyone should have read-only access at

It should only be write-access that is restricted.

If you have never rooted around in a web CVS, it is an interesting 
experience to see the changes over time, view various types of diffs, 
etc.  A web browser is the only tool you need.
