BGL example problem

Hello boost,

I tried to compile Kruskal spanning tree example from BGL (Boost
1.21.1) libs/graph/example/kruskal.cpp, using VC6(SP5) both vendor STL and STLPort 4.1b4 or ICL 5.0.

Everything compile fine but during execution I'm getting the following
assertion:

Assertion failed: u != v, file D:\Prog\boost_1_21_1\boost/graph/detail/adjacency_list.hpp, line 765

abnormal program termination
