[boost] numeric matrix: complex conjugated matrices missing

Salut,

something I already miss in BLAS standard is the 
treatment of complex conjugated matrices, which
I need in my calculations. Could add 
op(X) = C^{c},
i.e. complex conjugation without transposing the matrix,
to the matrix multiplication routines.
