That is certainly the Boost view. My guess is that most of the members of
the C++ committee's Library Working Group also agree with that view.
But remember that both groups are entirely made up of volunteers. So if
you want a certain library added to Boost, and perhaps eventually to the
C++ standard library, then consider submitting it to Boost yourself.
