Problem with latest config.hpp

The latest changes to boost/boost/config.hpp cause a problem
when compiling Boost.Python:

Using RedHat 6.2 and

% g++ --version
2.95.2

g++   -I/net/cci/rwgk/boost -I/usr/local/Python-
