cast.hpp and <limits>

I've modified cast.hpp to use <boost/limits.hpp> instead of <limits>.

Note that although this file had a BOOST_NO_LIMITS workaround in place, it
did not actualy compile when BOOST_NO_LIMITS was defined, so we loose
nothing by the change.
